At **SwipeRight**, we provide an AI-powered virtual dress try-on experience for users. As our service is digital and instant, we do not offer returns or refunds except in specific cases as outlined below.

2. Non-Refundable Transactions

Since our AI try-on service is a **digital product that is delivered instantly**, all payments made on our platform are **non-refundable**. Users are charged **₹5 per try-on session**, and refunds will not be issued except in cases of:

• Failed transactions where the amount was deducted but the service was not provided.
• Technical errors preventing successful image processing.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued if:

• The payment was successfully deducted but the AI service was not delivered.
• There was a duplicate charge for the same transaction.

**Note:** Refund requests will **not** be considered for user dissatisfaction with AI-generated results.

4. How to Request a Refund
